Our commitment

Discretion is the foundation of Summit Transportation & Protection LLC (“Summit”). We collect only the information needed to confirm, deliver and bill for prearranged transportation and protection services, to onboard and manage vendors and partners, and to comply with Florida and federal law.

Information we collect

• Contact and account details you provide when requesting service, registering for a portal account, or applying as a vendor or partner.
• Trip details: dates, times, pickup and drop-off locations, passenger counts, flight information and special instructions.
• Documents you upload to the portal, such as itineraries, agreements, licenses and insurance certificates.
• Vendor screening information required by § 627.748 and Chapter 493, Florida Statutes, including background and driving-record checks.
• Technical information such as IP address and browser type, including as part of electronic signature records.

How we use it

To deliver and improve our services, to communicate with you about reservations and assignments, to meet licensing, insurance and tax obligations, to maintain electronic signature records, and to protect the safety of clients, personnel and the public. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

Trip details are shared with the chauffeur or protection personnel assigned to your service on a need-to-know basis. We share information with insurers, regulators and law enforcement when required by law, and with service providers (hosting, email, payments) under confidentiality obligations.

In-vehicle recording

Summit vehicles may be equipped with dash cameras and, where disclosed, cabin recording for safety and incident documentation. Recordings are retained for a limited period and accessed only for safety, incident or legal purposes.

Retention and security

Records are retained as long as needed for the purposes above and as required by law. Portal data is protected by encrypted connections, hashed passwords and role-based access. Vendors see only their own documents; clients see only their own requests.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing info@summittpgroup.com. Some records must be retained to satisfy legal obligations.

Text Messages

We send text messages only to clients who agree to receive them, in one of two ways: by checking the optional SMS consent box on our booking request form (see Text Message Updates), or by saying yes when our team asks during a phone booking. If you opt in, we will send transactional text messages about your reservations, such as booking confirmations, payment links and receipts, pickup reminders, and chauffeur details. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of booking. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share mobile numbers only with the text-messaging service provider that delivers our messages on our behalf, and only for that purpose.
